2. All sales are final. Goods sold are not exchangeable, returnable and refundable (unless proven not authentic)

9. Payment or deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation. Thus, serious buyers only!

10. I am responsible for any losses or damages incurred during shipping and handling from US to M'sia, but I am not responsible for any losses or damages incurred during shipping and handling within M'sia.

However postage insurance can be arranged (at buyer's request and cost)

11. Prices mentioned are INCLUSIVE local postage via poslaju

13. Please note that all items brought in from outlets in USA, that is why the super bargained price. Due to this, some have store defects or shipping defects due to long journey in transportation. Delivery:
1. PRE-ORDER items takes approximately 3 weeks to arrive M’sia and 1 week to your location

2. READY STOCK items are all items already in M’sia; immediate delivery (after FULL payment received)

Payment for Pre-Order Item:
1. Cash Deposit or Bank Transfer to CIMB/ Maybank banking account

2. Once you've received confirmation on the availability of the item, 50% of the item’s price payment must be banked in before I can proceed with the order

3. Once payment is done, you MUST SEND me the proof of payment or the bank in slip. Scan and attach the copy of the receipt to your e-mail and send it to me. I will then make the order for you.

4. Once the item arrived in M’sia, I will post your package within 1 working days AFTER FULL PAYMENT is received.

Payment for Ready Stock Item:
1. Once you've received confirmation on the availability of the item, FULL PAYMENT must be made before I can proceed with the order

2. Once payment is done, you MUST SEND me the proof of payment or the bank in slip. Scan and attach the copy of the receipt to your e-mail and send it to me. I will post your package within 1 working days (except Mon and Wed) after full payment is received.

3. COD at Penang Island
